2 - Passport size photos of the parents.
Original Birth Certificate or Leaving Certificate.
Photocopy of student's copy of mark sheet.
Identify proof of the parents or L.C. of father. (Photocopy)
Aadhar card’s Photocopy. (child and parents)
Bank passbook’s Photocopy. (Student)
